Strawberry Orange Sorbet

1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries1/3 cup orange juice1/3 cup fortified soymilk2 tablespoons canned pumpkin1 tablespoon honeyBlend in a food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
